Yes,it's a female bobcat. I blame Rukis for drawing such godDAMN sexy bobcats that I felt inclined to draw some myself...in my own...far inferior...style?
I've always felt uncomfortable drawing the female figure,but it doesn't mean I can't!...well...kindda...

It's a very nice attempt. Especially since it's been a long time for you.
Overall, she looks really good. But I'm going to KICK myself for saying this; at first glance, I kinda thought she was a bit... chubby. (Granted, that could've been the intention) But after some studying, I want to actually say that her arms are just a bit too thin compared to the rest of her body. They should just be a bit thicker, other than that she's perfectly proportioned.
Again: a very nice attempt. Especially nice job on the face. Keep at it, would be nice to see more females from you (even though I'm perfectly fine with the males).
